I am an old Adsense user and now my father is willing to start his own adsense a/c to use on his (another) website. We have only one computer system at home. I sometimes login into my adsense a/c if my father will use this same computer to login into his a/c frequently I scare that google will track these activities of using 2 adsense a/c through same IP address, what will happen then?!!!!! 

I don't want to put my old & genuine approved account into any type of risk.

In short the question is: Will Google allow 2 Genuine Adsense accounts on same IP/ system of two genuine people (family members) having same address? or not.  

Also we are genuine users hence we are ready for any type of self-confirmation for this.

You need a separate account for Your father In this case, You may submit a new application. Please make sure that the account type (individual or business) and payee name are different from your original application, and ensure that you can accept payments to that payee.

And for the physical address as soon as your both accounts are in good standing it shouldn't be a problem.
